All-Inclusive
- The all-inclusive rate that is detailed on your confirmation email will be charged at check-in for the number of people listed on the confirmation.
- The all-inclusive is mandatory for guests traveling without the member.
- Any guest that checks into the resort after 12 AM-midnight due to scheduled flights will pay only 50% of the all-inclusive for the first night. Any arrivals prior to midnight pay the full all-inclusive rate as normal. Applies to Club managed resorts in Puerto Plata.
- The all-inclusive is non-refundable. Should you decide to depart the resort prior to your departure date you will not receive a refund.
- There is a mandatory supplement fee for the nights of December 24th & 31st for each event.
- Children under the age of 3 are free and children 3 to 11 years old receive 50% off the adult rate. (Applies to Club managed resorts in Puerto Plata.)
Resort Fee
- Guests staying in their own accommodations will be required to pay the following based on the accommodation they stay.
- Tropical, Cofresi Palm, Crown and Residence Suite US$16.00 per person per night.
- Sunrise Suite, Presidential Suites and Royal Suites US$18.00 per person per night.
- Villa’s US$25.00 per person per night.
- Children ages 0-2 are free and children ages 3-11 get a 50% discount off the above rate.
